Wow, what a great google drawing you have created to show the layout of your hotel. I bet you will have every room filled if you had it in Auckland. Have you thought about what the view might be like out the window? I think if I was designing a hotel in Auckland I would have it looking out to Rangitoto Island so all my guests could wake up and see a gorgeous view every morning.
