Going to the beach
On Saturday I went to the beach with my family. I got my togs ready for a swim and my fishing rod and my bucket with beach stuff in it. Then we put every thing that we needed in the red holden commodore. It took an hour for us to get to Opononi beach. When we arrived there me Tristan and Hilton put on our togs then I got out the grader and ran onto the sand and I played with it. Then we dug one hole each and we joined our holes together because they were too close to each other and they were too big. Then the water came into one of the holes then the water joined in the holes. After that we wanted a swim so we got into the water and had a swim. Then our dad caught a small snapper I wanted to keep it but my dad just tossed it back in the water then it swam away into the ocean. Next our dad came in the water with us and we splashed water on him then he splashed water at us. Then I dived into the water and Tristan did too. Finally I wanted to stay in the water because we were going to go so I came out of the water and I took the tractor up to the car. Next I took my togs off and I dried myself. After that we went to go get lunch. It was fish and chips. When it was ready we were eating it. It was delicious.
